I Can Speak (2017) Korean Movie

Ok Boon, the “Goblin Granny,” is a tough, elderly woman who has filed 8000 complaints over 20 years. When strict civil official Min Jae asks her to follow procedure and take a number, tension arises. After Ok Boon hears Min Jae speak fluent English, she asks him to teach her. Despite their differences, they start lessons and form a close bond. Eventually, Min Jae discovers that Ok Boon has a personal reason for learning English.
